FEDERAL Government CLIENTS

Federal Executive Order 13123 (6/3/99) provides for the ' greening '
of the government through energy efficiency improvements. Section 202
establishes a goal of 35% energy reduction per square foot by year 2010.

EPACT of 2005 established additional goals for Federal agencies

American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 has a number of energy
conservation and renewable energy provisions
